Riders Helping Riders

We are riders, and know the pains of dealing with the big companies when trying to have work done on your bike.

The Dream

We all know how it is… you love the bike but you hate the brand. They are too big to deal with customers in any way other than treating people as numbers and dollar signs. We caught onto this pretty quickly, and started working on our own bikes. We also helped our friends out and did their repairs. Having already worked in a shop together we decided to open a new shop. After a lot of discussion and brainstorming we came up with “HighwayMan’s Bike Shop.” A tilt of the hat to the “Highwaymen” comprised of country legends; Johnny Cash, Kris Kristofferson, Willie Nelson, and Waylon Jennings, as well as the highwaymen before their time who rode the trails. Lastly, our name refers to the modern Highway Man, the motorcycle riders. That is where our motto comes in: Riders helping riders.
